Gaseous hydrogen peroxide is primarily used for sterilisation and room decontamination processes in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Due to its strong oxidative effect and the formation of radicals, it has a very high elimination rate for the complete spectrum of microorganisms.

PeroxDosage is a high-precision dosage system with particularly robust construction to meet the system requirements in the industry sector. The dosage system pumps hydrogen peroxide with concentrations up to 50 weight percent via an (almost) pulsation-free feed pump. The feed rate is precisely adjusted and monitored via a highly precise flow sensor. Bubble formation and thus resulting fluctuations in the process are prevented via continuous circulation of the hydrogen peroxide solution. The dosage system is suitable for continuous dosing as well as for pulsed operation. PeroxDosage is characterised by easy handling and can easily be integrated into customer applications.
