Mechanical Structural Analysis (FEM)

Using mechanical structural analysis (Finite Element Method, FEM), we can design components and subassemblies according to their mechanical stresses in a tailor-made approach. In addition to the common simulation-based strength analysis of components and subassemblies under static or dynamic stresses, we offer modelling aimed at natural frequency analysis as well as determination of fatigue strength, vibration strength and viscoelastic properties. Of course, we take into account the production- and material-compliant component design with minimal material input in mechanical structural analysis. Moreover, we are able to precisely analyse thermally induced stresses (coupling with thermal simulation) or pressure-induced stresses (coupling with flow simulation) using the multiphysical simulation approach.
